Good Knead Bread Co. is a small-batch cottage bakery lovingly run by Dianne, a retired nurse with a passion for baking and sharing simple joys. After years of caring for others in her profession, Dianne now pours that same care into every loaf and treat that comes out of her kitchen.

When she’s not mixing dough or perfecting recipes, you’ll often find her quilting, crafting, or laughing with her grandchildren. And of course, Piper- her beloved Giant Schnauzer- is never far from her side, always ready to supervise (and sneak a taste).

At Good Knead Bread Co., every bake is made with patience, heart, and a touch of homestyle comfort. It’s more than bread- it’s a way to bring people together, one warm slice at a time.
